These terms apply to Aha Sprout, an educational application published under the public developer name Aha Sprout. By creating an account or using the app, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Parent or guardian responsibility
Aha Sprout is intended for children with adult guidance. A parent or guardian must manage account registration, supervise use, choose appropriate content and protect account credentials.
Educational purpose
The app provides learning activities and is not a substitute for professional educational, medical or other advice. Results, progress and availability may vary by device and learner.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, reverse engineer protected services where prohibited by law, or use the app in a way that harms another person or violates applicable law.
Accounts
Parents must provide accurate account information and keep it current. We may restrict accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in a way that threatens users or the service. Parents may request deletion through the app or our Account Deletion page.
Ownership and licences
Aha Sprout content, branding and original software are owned by or licensed to the app publisher. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licences, which are available inside the app.
Service availability
We aim to keep the app available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be corrected, improved, restricted or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aha Sprout is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app, service or law changes. The effective date will be updated, and additional notice will be provided when required.
