Why is Marathi speech unavailable?
Install or enable a Marathi text-to-speech voice in device settings, then restart Aha Sprout.
How do I change language?
Use the language selector on the home screen.
How do I remove the learner nickname?
Open Privacy, Safety & Support and select Delete learner nickname. Uninstalling also removes the remaining local settings and learning progress.
Does the app require login?
No. Guest learners can use the built-in preschool activities without an account. A parent or guardian can create a verified account to unlock additional activities selected for an education level.
How do I reset Animal Learning progress?
Sign in with a verified parent account, open Parent Account settings, and select Reset Animal Learning progress. This removes only the Animal Learning exploration, listening, recognition, stars and badge stored on that device. It does not delete the parent account, learner nickname, language or other activity progress.
How do I delete a parent account?
Use the in-app account-deletion option or follow the steps on the Account Deletion page.
